What we’re all about!
Founded in 2019, Feed My Sheep Homeless Outreach is a Christ-based 501(C)3 nonprofit that strives to spread the love of Jesus to our friends that live on the streets.
Our mission is based on scripture: For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ Matthew 25: 35-36
We believe in giving our friends a hand up and not a handout. We strive to align ourselves with other outreaches and resources. We understand that together by sharing information on how we accomplished getting one person off the streets we can all learn from each other and then we can achieve more. Our goal is to help those that want help, to get into housing, recovery, sober living or back to their families.
God placed on my heart several years ago that I should be out on the streets with our unhoused friends, caring for them. Never in a million years did I ever think I would be working alongside the homeless. But God changed my heart, and I don’t mean maybe!!!!
I started out many years ago doing an annual coat drive. It was just me and my grandnephew that went out the first year. We went to the homeless corridor and within 10 minutes all our supplies were gone. It was like a whirlwind. That area of town is flooded with our homeless friends, and they are close to many of the feeding stations around town. I wanted to reach those that live on the outskirts of town and did not have easy access to the supplies and food that the homeless corridor received. I met a friend that had been doing this for about 5 years and started hitting the streets with her. I learned from her what to do and how to do it. I was ready to take off and do my own thing!!!
In January of 2019 we started out hitting the streets once a month and feeding about 50-100 people each time we went out, or 1200 a year. We saw that we needed to be out more often, and God blessed us with so many donations that we decided to hit the streets every other week. Within two years we now hit the streets 8-10 times a month and are on track to feed over 5000 people. To God be the Glory!!!
God has blessed us with an amazing group of men and women that volunteer their time, money, cooking skills, sorting skills, gathering donations and so much more and He has grown this ministry ten-fold.
We would love to have you join us. Please follow us on our Facebook page.

behind the scenes!
ON THE STREETS
We are a hands-on street ministry. We hit the streets 8-10 times a month. We prepare a home-cooked meal for our friends every other Saturday and every other Tuesday. We do not go to one spot and set up. We drive a specific route that covers about 5-10 miles and takes us approximately 4-5 hours to cover. We have friends spread out all over the Southeast quadrant of Las Vegas. We recently added several locations in old Henderson as we were alerted to the need and encampments in that area.
In addition to a home-cooked meal, we hand our hygiene supplies, clothing, blankets, beanies, gloves, reading glasses, and anything else they need that we receive from our donors.
Our ultimate goal is to provide resources to our friends to help them get off the streets. As we build relationships with them and they begin to trust us, they are more open to accepting our help.
We share our testimonies and how we were once on the wrong path, but God changed us and He can change them too. We give out the Founders phone number to anyone that needs it or is interested in getting help and this is so important because it opens the path to even more communication with them.
FOOD DELIVERIES
We maintain a small food pantry and when a need arises, we can put together food boxes with dry goods, canned goods, frozen meat, and other staples enough to last them several days.
